BlockBeats News, September 2nd, U.S. listed company CleanCore Solutions, Inc. (ZONE) announced that it has entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement to issue and sell 175,000,420 pre-funded warrants in a private investment in public equity (PIPE) offering. The total expected proceeds are approximately $175 million, net of placement agent fees and other offering expenses (funded with a combination of cash and cryptocurrency), to implement the DOGE Treasury strategy.
According to market data, following the announcement of the implementation of the DOGE Treasury strategy, CleanCore Solutions, Inc. (ZONE) plummeted over 70% in pre-market trading.
