Coinbase, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the United States, announced that it has acquired leading crypto options platform Deribit for $2.9 billion.The deal will be paid for with $700 million in cash and 11 million Coinbase Class A shares.“Coinbase is acquiring Deribit, a leading crypto options platform.
