The Four Seasons The Four Seasons is a new hit on Netflix starring the likes of big names like Steve Carell and Tina Fey, but now it has lost out to a traditional Monday champion. That would be WWE Monday Night RAW, perhaps one of Netflix’s best investments ever despite the billions it cost. It does enormous viewership and no doubt has driven loads of subscriptions from WWE fans, or at least more engagement from the ones that already had Netflix. So, no big shock there, but questions remain about the future of The Four Seasons and when it will get to two seasons. Get it? Anyway. I wrote up recently that I do believe it’s promising that The Four Seasons will get to season 2. Solid viewership, likely the right format for complete start-to-finish binges, a relatively low cost as a comedy and decent enough review scores to be considered pretty good. It’s hard to imagine this does not emerge as a contender to run for multiple (four?) seasons. Okay I’ll stop. Top 10 The rest of the list has You season 5 at #3, down from its peak, but not worried about renewal given that this was the series finale. It’s sort of about time, in my estimation, but it appears fans were not thrilled with how it went judging by audience scores. Then it’s the Argentinian The Eternaut, which has performed well and Netflix has already taken the step of renewing it very quickly for season 2, so that means it’s certainly worth investing in now. There’s something I definitely want to watch, which is Conan O’Brien: Mark Twain Prize for American Humor. A toast, sometimes roast, for the famed comedian as he wins the prestigous prize. Lots of laughs from a lot of comics including Conan himself, spanning a full ninety minutes. Cannot wait to see that. Ransom Canyon is down to #6, but it’s another series I fully believe will end up getting a second season, even if that has not been confirmed yet. It lasted a while at #1 and once again, it’s relatively cheap for a Netflix series, it would seem. As for The Four Seasons, I’ve heard a lot of great things and I would not listen to mixed audience scores as I think most of them are just upset about something that happens at the end. I agree it was weird, but the series is still worth watching regardless ahead of an inevitable season 2. Follow me on Twitter , YouTube , Bluesky and Instagram .
