What is Frax (FRAX) Coin?

Frax (FRAX) is the first fractional-algorithmic stablecoin system, designed to provide a highly scalable, decentralized, and algorithmic form of money. Unlike traditional stablecoins that are either fully collateralized by fiat or purely algorithmic, the Frax protocol utilizes a hybrid design. It maintains its price peg to the U.S. dollar through a combination of collateral (predominantly USDC) and its governance token, Frax Share (FXS).
