合约交易分析：「史上最大ETH做空头寸」说法被严重夸大
BlockBeats 消息，7 月 5 日，Coinbase Institutional 研究主管 David Duong 发文分析称，「所谓「史上最大 ETH 做空头寸」其实严重夸大了……那真实情况到底是怎样的呢？（如附图所示：CFTC 杠杆基金以现金保证金为基础的 ETH 空头头寸图表）
ETH 现货 ETF 在 6 月迎来了强劲增长，净流入达到 11.6 亿美元，这是该类产品历史上前所未有的激增，主要源于越来越多机构参与 CME 套利交易（basis trade）。
CME 的 ETH 期货中，杠杆基金的空头头寸从 5 月初的 4.66 亿美元 上升至 6 月 24 日的 16 亿美元，增加了 11.4 亿美元——很巧的是，这与现货 ETF 的净流入规模非常接近。为什么会这样？
这是因为 ETH 期货相对于现货的年化基差收益率（basis yield）从今年 2 月的平均 6% 上升至 5 月和 6 月的 8%–9%，吸引了更多机构投资者参与买现货、卖期货的套利交易。」
